Located on the eastern shores of Farmington Lake, this property has direct access to the lake’s entry road in addition to direct access to East Main Street (NM 516).  The property extends north from the highway, nearly spanning the entire length of the lake.  It features beautiful views of Farmington Lake to the west, the beautiful wooded stretch of East Farmington to the south, and wide-open views of the La Plata Mountain range to the north.  Farmington, NM had a population of 46,422 in 2021 – and serves as the commerce center of the area population of between 150,000 to 300,000 people.
